| The purpose of the Beaver County Figure Skating Club is to encourage the instruction, practice and advancement of its members in all types of figure skating; to encourage and cultivate a spirit of fraternal feeling among ice skaters; to sponsor, produce or cooperate in the production of figure skating competitions, exhibitions and shows in accordance with the rules of the United States Figure Skating Association.
